近距离下穿地下结构盾构掘进参数控制的研究 预览

摘要 近年来随着轨道交通的快速发展,盾构穿越既有建(构)筑物日益普遍.苏州轨道交通3号线横山路站-横塘镇站盾构区间穿越某家居广场,采用设计软件分析不同工况下既有建(构)筑物的沉降、变形,根据分析结果,在施工前对建构(筑)物进行预加固,优化了盾构在穿越某家居广场过程中的掘进参数,确保了在满足家居广场变形控制的情况下盾构顺利穿越,同时又保证了盾构掘进施工质量和管片施工质量,也为今后类似工程提供可参考性依据. With the rapid development of rail transport in recent years,it becomes common that the shield tunnel passes under the existing structure.Taking the tunnel between Hengshan Road Station and Hengtang Town Station of Suzhou Rail Transit Line No.3 passing through a furniture shopping mall as a background,the sub—settlement and deformation of the existing structures in different conditions were analyzed using the design software.According to the analysis results,the existing structures were reinforced before the construction,and the driving parameters of shield tunnel were optimized.This enabled the shield tunnel to pass successfully with the limit controlling deformation of the furniture shopping mall,and the construction quality of both shield tunneling and tunnel segment Was satisfied.The analysis could serve as a reference for the similar engineering in future.
