花生油转酯化制备生物柴油工艺条件的研究 预览 被引量:2

摘要 研究了花生油在KOH催化作用下通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油的过程.考察了醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等操作条件对反应的影响.结果表明:最佳酯交换反应条件为醇油摩尔比6:1、KOH用量1%(质量分数)、反应温度60℃、反应时间20min.同时,通过气相色谱-质谱对生物柴油进行了结构分析,生物柴油主要由C16:0、C18:0、C18:1和C18:2的脂肪酸甲酯组成,其中亚油酸甲酯含量最高,相对质量分数高达51.485%. The preparation of biodiesel by transesterification of peanut oil with KOH catalyst was discussed,and the operational parameters such as molar ratio of methanol to oil,catalyst amount,reaction temperature and reaction time on transesterifiction reaction were investigated.The results showed that the optimal parameters were that molar ratio of methanol to oil was 6∶1,the amount of KOH was 1wt.%,reaction temperature was 60℃ and reaction time was 20 min.At the same time,biodiesel was analyzed by GC-MS,it was found that biodiesel was mainly consisted of palmitic acid methyl esters,stearic acid methyl esters,oleic acid methyl esters and linoleic acid methyl esters,among which relative contents of linoleic acid methyl esters,51.485 wt.%,was the highest.
