摘要 组织芯片技术已广泛应用于人类基因组研究、医学诊断和基础研究,尤其是在肿瘤基因筛选、肿瘤抗原筛选及寻找与肿瘤发生、发展及预后相关的标记物等方面显示了巨大的潜能.组织芯片作为芯片家族的新成员,具有高通量、大样本、省时快速等优点.综述了组织芯片的制作方法、应用、优缺点及其发展前景. As a new member of chip family,tissue chip possessed some advantages like high-throughput,huge samples,time-saving,etc.Been widely applied on human genome research,medical diagnosis and basic studies,the tissue chip technology has especially showed surprising potentials on the tumor gene screening,the tumor antigen screening and the searching for the markers which have something to do with tumor forming,developing and prognosticating. This short review serves to introduce tissue chip about its making method,application,advantages,disadvantages and prospects.
