在调查研究福建柏资源基础上,制定了福建柏优树选择方法,于1998年6～11月和1999年7～11月在福建省福建柏自然分布区和栽培区以及湖南省道县福建柏天然林中选择出优树175株,其中从天然林中选出57株,从人工林中选出118株.这些优树总体表现较好,生长量大,平均树高、胸径、材积分别为15.49 m、28.6 cm和0.51263 m3,树干通直圆满,树体健康,无病虫害,平均树龄为35.3 a.1999年10～11月,采集到129株优树的球果,测定了各优树的种子千粒重、球果出籽率、球果重、球果长、球果宽、球果长×球果宽、球果长/球果宽和苞鳞数等8个指标,结果表明各优树在种实性状上差异比较大,差异最大的是球果重,平均单果重2.757 g,变幅为1.342～4.748 g,变异系数为27.86%;平均千粒重为6.378 g,变幅为3.647～11.349 g;平均出籽率为2.56%,变幅为1.62%～4.79%;球果大小相差较大,球果近球形但略长些.相关分析表明,优树各种实性状间的相关性大都达到极显著水平,千粒重与球果重量、大小呈密切的正相关,与出籽率、苞鳞数及球果形状关系不大;出籽率与其他种实性状间相关性很小,可能是个独立的性状;单果重与苞鳞数及球果大小呈高度的正相关关系,与球果形状没有关系.收集选出的175株优树中的162株,在福建省安溪白濑国有林场建成了全国第一个福建柏种质基因资源库,面积为4 hm2,每个优树嫁接5～8株,对进一步开展福建柏遗传改良、种质基因资源保存和开发利用具有重要意义.
Based on the investigation of resources of Fokienia hodginsii,the plus-tree selection standard and method were made.One hundred and seventy-five plus-trees were selected from natural distribution areas and plantations in Fujian Province and natural distribution areas in Daoxian county,Hunan Province in 1998 and 1999 respectively.Fifty-seven plus-trees were selected from natural forests and 118 plus-trees were selected from plantations.These plus-trees had good phenotype performance,especially on growth traits,the averages tree height,diameter at breast height and stem volume were 15.49m,28.6cm and 0.51263m 3 respectively.They also had good displays in stem straight,stem fatness and health condition.The cones were collected from 129 plus-trees through October to November,1999.Eight traits,including Weight of per 1 000 seeds,percentage of seed production,cone weight,cone length,cone width,cone volume,cone length/cone width and number of cone bract were measured.The results were showed that there were significant differences among plus-trees on 8 traits,especially on cone weight which had 2.757g per cone in average and ranged from 1.342 to 4.748g per cone and the variation coefficient was 27.86%.Weight of per 1 000 seeds amd seed production percentage in average were 6.378g and 2.56g respectively and their ranges were 3.647～11.349g and 1.62%～4.79% respectively.There also had difference in cone volume and the cone shape was nearly global.Based on the correlative analysis,most of correlations between seed and cone traits were very significant difference among plus-trees.Weight of per 1 000 seeds had very closecorrelation with cone weight and cone volume but had less correlation with percentage of seed production,number of cone bract and cone shape.Percentage of seed production had less correlation with other traits which might be a independent trait.The correlation coefficients between cone weight and number of cone bract and cone volume were very high.A first germplasm resources conservation was established on A
