摘要 镉对作物生长发育具有毒害作用.实验结果表明,水稻种子在萌发期间对水体镉污染产生明显反应:镉离子浓度较低(5 mg/L以下)时呈暂时的促进作用;镉离子浓度较高(30 mg/L)时,表现为抑制作用,且随浓度不断提高这种抑制作用逐渐加强;镉离子浓度更高(300 mg/L)时,生长点坏死,根本不萌发.对镉离子的反应,胚根比胚芽敏感,α-淀粉酶比β-淀粉酶敏感. Effect of simulative water Cd pollution on germination percentage, growth of root and plumula, some biochemical and physiological indicators of rice seed were studied in this paper. Results showed that rice seed germination responded significantly to water Cd pollution: low concentration Cd 2+ (<5mg/L) promoted germanation temporarily, but high concentration Cd 2+ (>30mg/L) inhibited germination. The inhibition increased gradually with increased Cd concentration. The growth point of rice embryo spoiled and the seed did not germinate at the Cd 2+ concentration of more than 300 mg/L. Radicle was significantly more sensitive to Cd than plumula and α-amylase was more sensitive to Cd thanβ-amylase.
