摘要 介绍了乳酸的应用、发酵生产和分离提纯的工艺,并提出了加快中国乳酸工业发展亟待解决的几个问题.乳酸是具有良好生物相容性的有机酸,可应用于食品、制药、生物降解性塑料生产等领域.发酵法是生产乳酸的主要方法,发酵液中的乳酸可以通过萃取、吸附等方法与发酵液分离. This article presents application of lactic acid as an important commercial in fields of food, pharmaceutical, and biodegradable plastic etc. Fermentation processes of lactic acid are discussed at the considerations of different biomasses. From fermentation broth, methods of lactic acid recovery consist of extraction,adsorption and molecular distillation etc. At the same time, a series of suggestions about national lactic acid industry are discussed.
