少腹逐瘀汤对寒凝血瘀大鼠模型血液流变性及卵巢功能的影响 被引量:27

Evaluating the Effects of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on Hemorheology and Ovarian Function in Rat Model of Han-Ning Blood Stasis

摘要 目的:评价少腹逐瘀汤对寒凝血瘀SD大鼠模型血液流变性及卵巢功能的影响。方法:采用冰水浴及注射肾上腺素的方法造成SD大鼠急性血瘀模型,对其血液流变性及卵巢分泌功能进行测定。结果:少腹逐瘀汤能改善寒凝血瘀SD大鼠血液流变性指标;对卵巢功能也显示出一定改善作用。结论:少腹逐瘀汤能改善寒凝血瘀SD大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞压积及调节E2和P的水平。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction(SFZYD) on hemorheology and ovarian function in rat mode of Han-Ning blood stasis.Methods: The method of ice water bath combined with injection of adrenalin was adopted to established cold stagnation and blood stasis in rats.The indexes of hemorheology and E_2 and P were detected.Result: The results stated that SFZYD and ethanol supernatant showed significant improvements in the hemorheological indexes of rats in the model of blood stasis and regula...
