即刻负载后微螺钉支抗种植体稳定性的实验研究 预览 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察微型种植体植入后即刻加载200g力值8周时微型植体的稳定性。方法:健康犬4只,微型种植体32枚,将其植入犬一侧上颌颊侧基骨处,两钉间即刻加载水平向力200g。对加载后0w、8w时微型种植体的位移变化进行测量,采用SPSS软件,对测得数据统计分析。结果:32枚微型种植体无松动、脱落;实验组两钉之间有平均0.684±0.05mm的位移,而对照组的位移仅为0.01±0.02mm。两者有统计学意义。结论:微型种植体即刻加载后的位移变化较小,不影响临床应用。 Objective:To investigate the stability of miniscrew implants for orthodontic anchorage after immediately loading.Methods:32 titanium miniscrew implants used.4 titanium miniscrew implants were implanted in buccal maxilla respectively.2 mini-screws were loaded with a horizontal of 200g immediately by superelastic nickel-titanium coil spring in experimental groups.The distance between 2 implants were measured at 0 and 8 weeks after operation respectively.T-test was assessed to compare significant difference between the two groups.Results:No mobility of the implants was observed,there were 0.684± 0.05mm position change between 2 miniscrews while only 0.01±0.02mm in control groups.Conclusion:The results indicate that the chang of distance was little after immediately loading and can withstand orthodontic force as an anchorage.
