Effect of Copper on Maize Seeds Germination and Growth

摘要 通过不同浓度的Cu2+对玉米萌发和生长影响的研究,结果表明:当Cu2+浓度为0.5~1mg/L时Cu2+可以促进幼芽的生长和生物量的提高,而超过该浓度时则由促进逐渐转为抑制作用.Cu2+对玉米幼苗根生长的影响大于对芽生长的影响. The effect of Cu2+ in different concentrations on the germination of maize was studied. It was shown that Cu2+ could raised the bud growth and biomass when Cu2+ lever was range from 0.5mg/L to 1mg/L, but when the lever was over 1mg/L, the promotion became more and more less until it became restrain. High level Cu2+ was harmful to the germination and growth of maize. Cu2+ has more influence on root growth of maize than on its bud.
