茉莉酸甲酯对干旱及复水下烤烟幼苗光合特性和抗氧化酶的影响 预览 被引量:7

Effects of methyl jasmonate on photosynthetic characteristics and antioxidant enzyme of flue-curing tobacco seedlings under drought stress and rehydration

摘要 以黑龙江省主栽烤烟品种'龙江911'为试验材料,研究了干旱及复水过程中不同浓度外源茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对移栽期烤烟幼苗光合特性、抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,烤烟幼苗净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)均下降,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)先下降后上升,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、可溶性糖(SS)、丙二醛(MDA)呈现上升的趋势。喷施0.2 mmol/L和0.5 mmol/L的外源MeJA与CK相比,Pn、Gs、Tr、渗透调节物质含量和保护酶SOD、POD活性明显提高,Ci和MDA含量有所下降,但高浓度1.0 mmol/L的Me-JA并没有起到明显的保护作用。复水后,各项指标均有明显的恢复,经MeJA处理后的幼苗恢复更明显。说明外源MeJA减轻了干旱胁迫对烤烟幼苗叶肉细胞光合机构的伤害,缓解了光合作用的下调,并且具有保护烤烟幼苗叶片细胞膜稳定性的能力,以及提高渗透调节物质和保护酶活性的能力,降低了烤烟幼苗在干旱胁迫下所受的伤害,同时保证了复水后光合和生理特性的迅速恢复。MeJA在缓解干旱带来的伤害时具有浓度效应,而在复水后的恢复过程中没有表现出来明显的... Methyl Jasmonate(MeJA) is an important physiological substance which naturally occurs in higher plants.They are also involved in increased plant resistance to various environmental stresses,including abiotic stress such as mechanically damage,low temperature,drought,salinity etc.,and biotic stress such as pathogen and insect damage.This study was conducted to determine the effects of methyl jasmonate(MeJA) on photosynthetic characteristics,antioxidant enzyme activity and osmolytes in seedlings of flue-cured tobacco grown in pots during the transplantation stage under drought stress and post-drought rehydration,using a flue-cured tobacco variety of Heilongjiang province 'Longjiang 911' as experimental material to discuss the physiological functions of methyl jasmonate to improve plant drought-resistance.There were four treatments including CK(water),0.2 mmol/L,0.5 mmol/L,1.0 mmol/L MeJA to spray on seedlings of flue-cured tobacco at transplanting stage under drought and subsequent 10 days rehydration.The results showed that the photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs) and transpiration rate(Tr) in leaves of flue-curing tobacco were reduced,and intercellular CO_2 concentration(Ci) was first decreased and then increased under drought stress.Malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar contents,SOD and POD activities in leaves of flue-cured tobacco were increased significantly under drought stress.Pn,Gs,Tr,soluble sugar content,SOD,POD activities in seedlings of flue-curd tobacco treated by spraying 0.2 mmol/L and 0.5 mmol/L exogenous MeJA were all higher than CK under water stress,Ci and MDA were decreased,but 1.0 mmol/L MeJA was no significant difference compared with CK.Physiological and biochemical indexes in seedlings of flue-cured tobacco treated with MeJA during post-drought rehydration.recovered more significantly than that of without MeJA.This indicated that MeJA protected the flue-cured tobacco photosynthetic apparatus from injury during drought,alleviated down regulation of photosynthesis,maintained cell mem
