土壤三种酶活性对温度升高和氮肥添加的响应 被引量:4

Response of Three Kinds of Enzyme Activity to Simulate Warming and Nitrogen Addition

摘要 以内蒙古荒漠草原为对象,通过研究增温、施氮、增温+施氮、对照(CK)四个处理对土壤三种酶活性的影响表明:三种酶活性均随着土壤深度的增加而逐渐降低,0-10 cm>0-20 cm>20-30 cm(p<0.05).增温处理与对照相比能明显提高土壤脲酶活性(p<0.05),对过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性的影响不明显;施氮处理与对照相比能提高脲酶和蔗糖酶活性,对过氧化氢活性的影响不明显(p<0.05);增温+施氮处理与对照相比提高了脲酶酶活性,对蔗糖酶和过氧化氢的影响不明显(p<0.05). An experiment was designed to examine the impact of warming and N addition on soil enzymes in desert steppe.There were four treatments,CK,simulated warming,N addition,and both warming and N addition.Effects of four treatments on three kinds of enzymes were studied,the enzymes were urease,catalase and sucrase.Activities of the three kinds of enzymes all reduced with the depth of soil(0-10,10-20,20-30cm depth)(p < 0.05).Simulated warming improved urease activity(p < 0.05),and had uncertainly effect on catalase and sucrase.N addition improved urease and sucrase activity(p< 0.05),but uncertainly effected catalase.Both warming and N addition could increase the activity of urease(p < 0.05),but had unobviously effects on sucrase and catalase.
