小麦抗旱性遗传与研究进展 被引量:4

Research Progress on Wheat Drought Resistance Heredity

摘要 全球性气候变暖导致的干旱程度越来越严重,对粮食生产构成直接威胁。选育和推广抗旱性小麦品种是提高旱地小麦产量的主要途径之一。本文从小麦抗旱的形态和生理特征、抗旱机理、抗旱性鉴定方法以及抗旱措施和今后的发展方向进行综述,指出苗期反复干旱法和抗旱指数为比较准确、操作性强的抗旱鉴定方法;今后要较好地应用小麦QTL抗旱标记辅助选择,为小麦的抗旱保苗工作以及推广抗旱性品种奠定基础。 The whole globe is becoming warmer and warmer with causing more serious drought, which threats to food production directly,development and extention of wheat variety with drought resistance is one of the main ways for improving the wheat yield in dry areas.This paper summarized the morphological and physiological characteristics, drought resistance mechanism, the identification method of drought resistance, drought resistance measure and future development direction of wheat drought resistance, the repeated drought method and drought resistance index arer more accurate in the seedling stage, the method is operational identification method for wheat drought resistance, the better application of the QTL drought-resistance marker assisted selection will be made for wheat, which will lay the foundation for the wheat seedling with drought resistance and extention of variety with drought resistance in the futur.
