基于内模方法的电动负载模拟器控制系统设计 被引量:7

Controller Design of Electric Torque Simulator Based on Internal Model Control

摘要 分析了电动负载模拟器的结构及工作原理,考虑舵机对加载系统的影响,建立了负载模拟器系统的数学模型。根据负载模拟器的主要控制问题,采用内模控制方法设计了内模控制器抑制多余力矩,采用混合灵敏度方法设计了串联控制器使系统达到闭环带宽要求。最后进行了相关仿真实验,结果表明所采用的控制方法能较好的抑制多余力矩同时具有较好的鲁棒性。 The structure and working principle of electric load simulator was analyzed,and the mathematical model of the load simulator was established including electrical rudder section and torque simulator section.The internal model control method was proposed to design the internal model controller for restraining surplus torque,and the mix-sensitivity method was proposed to design close loop controller to make system meet requirements of close-loop bandwidth.Then simulations were tested,and results show the control method can restrain surplus torque and has good robustness.
