墙壁式高压泵氧雾化吸入在急慢性咽喉炎治疗中的应用研究 预览 被引量:15

The Efficacy of Oxygen-driven Atomizing Inhalation by Use of Wall Mounted High-pressure Pump in the Treatment of Acute and Chronic Pharyngolaryngitis

摘要 目的 探讨墙壁式高压泵氧雾化吸入较超声雾化吸入及非雾化吸入在急、慢性咽喉炎治疗中的应用价值.方法 对2009年10月-2011年10月我院收治的120例急、慢性咽喉炎患者在常规治疗基础上根据患者自愿分为:墙壁式高压泵氧雾化吸入治疗40例(墙壁组),超声雾化吸入器雾化吸入治疗40例(超声组),不予雾化吸入治疗40例(对照组).对3组治疗过程中的治疗时间、舒适满意度、局部治疗效果及复发率进行比较.结果 墙壁组在治疗时间和复发率方面均较超声组(q治疗时间=-11.314,χ2复发率=5.000)和对照组(q治疗时间=-16.000,χ2复发率=23.854)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在舒适满意度和局部治疗效果方面均较超声组(χ2满意度=11.850,χ2显著率=12.579)和对照组(χ2满意度=36.652,χ2显著率=23.854)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 墙壁式高压泵氧雾化吸入在急、慢性咽喉炎治疗过程中通过高压泵氧的支持,使雾化吸入药剂在病灶局部给药均匀、咽喉部湿润度稳定;氧气的加入有助于缓解咽喉部及肺部呼吸窘迫症状,更能起到清咽利喉、止咳、润肺化痰的效果,值得临床推广. Objective To investigate the efficacy of oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation by use of wall mounted high-pressure pump in the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngolaryngitis as compared to ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.Methods The 120 patients with acute or chronic pharyngolaryngitis treated in our hospital between October 2009 and October 2011 were divided into three groups: atomizing inhalation by use of wall mounted high-pressure pump group(wall group,n = 40),ultrasonic atomizing inhalation group(ultrasound group,n = 40),and no inhalation group(control group,n = 40).The treatment time,degree of comfort,local therapeutic effect,and recurrence rate during the treatment were compared among the three groups.Results The patients in the wall group had shorter treatment time and lower recurrence rate than the ultrasound group(q treatment time =-11.314,χ2 recurrence rate = 5.000) and the control group(q treatment time =-16.000,χrecurrence rate2 = 23.854)(P < 0.05),and higher satisfaction degree and significant efficacy rate than the two groups(χsatisfaction degree2 = 11.850,χsignificant efficacy rate2 = 12.579;χsatisfaction degree2= 36.652,χsignificant efficacy rate2= 23.854)(P < 0.05).Conclusion Oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation by use of wall mounted high-pressure pump can well distribute the drug and keep the throat stably moist.The addition of oxygen can help ease the respiratory distress symptoms of the throat and the lungs,and is advantageous in throat clearing,cough relieving,and lung moistening.
