Effects of Combustion Characteristic Parameters on the Performances and Thermodynamic Process of MICSE

摘要 本文建立了微型摆式发动机(MICSE)热力循环分析的零维数学模型,研究了点火提前系数k及燃烧持续时间τ_b对MICSE性能及其腔内热力过程的影响。结果表明减少τ_b或增加k,可使热力过程中的温度及压力更快地达到峰值。当k一定时,τ_b越大,温度峰值越低。对于τ_b较小的燃料,k越大,压力峰值越低.而对于τ_b较大的燃料,k值变化几乎不影响压力峰值的变化。使用τ_b较小的燃料时,k越大,发动机功率和效率越低.而使用τ_b较大的燃料时,k存在最优值,使发动机功率与效率最大。 In this work a zero-dimensional model for analysisof thermalcycleof the micro internal combustion swing engine(MICSE)was established The effects of combustion parameters such as the pre-ignition coefficient(k) and combustion duration(τ_b) on the performancesand the thermal process of MICSE were investigated.The numerical results indicated that,by decreasing τ_b or increasing k,both thetemperature and pressure in the thermal processwill reach thepeak values more quickly.At a fixed k,temperature peak value decreases withan increase of τ_b.For a fuel with small τ_b,the pressure peak value decreases withincreasing k.While,if the fuel has a large τ_b,the pressure peak value is almost the same with the variation of k.Analysis of the engine performance shows that,when using a fuel with a small τ_b,both efficiency and power of the enginewill decrease with increasing k.While,forthe fuel with a large τ_b,there is anoptimum value of k at which both efficiency and powerwill be the largest.
