不同生态区烟叶无机元素的初步分析 预览 被引量:8

Analysis on inorganic elements in tobacco leaves in different ecological regions

摘要 初步分析了不同生态区域烟叶无机元素的部位特征,结果表明,Cu、P、S、Mo、B在上部烟叶含量较高,Fe、Mg、Si、Pb在下部烟叶含量较高;Se、Zn含量南方烟区上部叶较高,北方烟区下部叶较高;Mn、Ca、Cd在各部位烟叶中的分布情况不同生态区域差异较大.南方烟叶无机元素部位特征较明显,平均部位间CV值为2932%;北方烟叶中的无机元素部位特征不太显著,平均部位间CV值为16.22%;贵州类型烟叶中的Mn、P在部位间的分布情况倾向于北方烟叶. preliminary analysis on stalk position characteristic of inorganic elements in tobacco leaves in different ecological regions indicated that Cu, P, S, Mo and B contents were higher in upper leaves. Fe, Mg, Si, and Pb contents were higher in lower leaves. Se and Zn contents were higher in upper leaves in south area, but higher in lower leaves in north area. The distribution of Mn, Ca and Cd vary with stalk position, significant difference was noticed between different ecological regions. The stalk position characteristic of inorganic elements in southern tobacco leaves was significant, the average variation coefficient was 29.23%. The stalk position characteristic of inorganic elements in northern tobacco leaves was not obvious, the average variation coefficient was 16.13%. The distribution of Mn and P among stalk positions in Guizhou type leaves tended to northern leaves.
