气象环境和遗传型对棉花光合作用及干物质生产影响的研究 预览 被引量:1

STUDIES ON THE EFFECTS OF METEOROLOGICAL ENVIROMENT AND GENOTYPES ON PHOTOSYNTHESIS AND DRY MATTER PRODUCTION OF COTTON PLANT

摘要 试验于1986~1987年在河南安阳中棉所进行。供试材料为4个棉花遗传型:中棉12、鲁棉1号、PD4548、PD0109。结果表明,单叶最大净光合速率依次为 PD4548>PD109>中棉12>鲁棉1号;中棉12的光呼吸速率、暗呼吸速率、光补偻点和 CO_2补偿点均较其他遗传型低;温度较低、光照较弱时国内品种的净光合速率高于 PD 种质系,反之,高温与强光下 PD 种质系的净光合速率较高;与其他遗传型相比,中棉12初期生长发育较慢,开花后则较快,整个发育期茎秆占总干重的比例都较大,后期叶的比例大,不同收花期铃重变化平缓,皮棉产量高,而 PD 种质系的纤维比强度较高。 Photosynthesis,dry matter production,lint yield and fiber quality of four cotton (G.hirsurntum L.)genotypes,Lumian 1,Zhongmian 12,PD0109,PD4548 were studied in Anyang,Henan Province during 1986~1987.PPFD,temperature,VPD and CO_2concentra- tion in the field were the main meteorological ecotope factors affecting net photosynthetic rate of cotton.The highest net photosynthetic rates in cotton leave of PD4548,PD0109, Zhongmian 12,Lumian 1,were 24.43,24.20,22.53.21.43μmol CO_2m~(-2)s~(-1), respoectively,photorespiratory rate,dark respiratory rate,light conpensation point and CO_2conpensa tion point of Zhongmian 12 were lower than other genotypes,When tempera- ture was lower than 28℃ and PPFD lower than 800μmol m~(-2)s~(-1),the net photosynthetic rates of two Chinese cotton varieties were higher than that of PD varieties.Otherwise,the net photosynthetic rates of PD varieties were higher.Compared wtth other genotypes, Zhongmian 12 grow and developed more slowly in begining,but faster after flowering.It had higher percentage of stem throughout the growth stage leave in later growth stage.Its weight per boll changed less in different harvest times and its lint yield was the highest.The fi- ber quality of PD varieties were the best.
