摘要 目的研究膝关节损伤的机制及其MRI表现.方法搜集从1999年至2003年间经MRI诊断的膝关节损伤患者106例,并复习相关文献.结果106例患者中有96例半月板损伤,其中Ⅲ度损伤即半月板撕裂共17例.前交叉韧带损伤19例,其中断裂8例;后交叉韧带损伤13例,其中断裂2例;前、后交叉韧带同时损伤7例;内侧副韧带损伤3例,外侧副韧带损伤8例;股骨骨折6例,胫骨平台骨折9例,胫骨髁间嵴骨折3例,髌骨骨折2例,隐性骨折8例,关节内软骨骨折13例.结论MRI检查可以准确显示膝关节损伤的各种病理改变,对指导手术治疗具有极其重要的临床价值. Objective To investigate the mechanism and MRI findings of knee-joint injury.Methods Between 1999 and 2003 year,MRI findings of l06 patients with suspected knee-joint injury were retrospectively analyzed and correlated with related literatures.Results Among 106 patients who underwent MRI examinations,96 had meniscal lesion which included l7meniscal tear (gradeⅢinjury),19 had anterior cruciate ligament lesion which included 2 ligament break,7 had simultaneous anterior and posterior cruciate ligament lesions,3 had medial collateral ligament lesion,8 had external collateral ligament lesion,6 had femoral fracture,9 had tibial plateau fracture,3 had tibial intercondylar eminence fracture,2 had patellar fracture,8 had occult fracture and 13 had intra-articular cartilage fracture.Conclusion MRI can reveal accurately the pathologic changes of knee-joint lesions and therefore it has very important value for guiding surgical treatment.
