苹果炭疽病菌对多菌灵抗药性测定方法研究 预览 被引量:1

摘要 本文探讨了苹果炭疽病菌对多菌灵抗药性的测定方法。对几种常规方法进行了比较。结果表明,菌落直径法较好。根据孢子萌发试验结果和炭疽病菌在含1ppm多菌灵PDA平板上的生长情况,设计了病果孢子直接测定法。 Results of comparision of four common methods, indicated that the colony diameter test was the best for determination of resistance of apple anthrocnose pathogen (Glomerella cingulate) to carbendazim (MBC) and the best procedure was standardized. Based on the results of the spore germination and growth on media containing 1 ppm MBC,two methods——testing spore directly from infected apple fruit and measuring growth on media containing 1 ppm MBC,were designed for a large scale or primary detection of resistance to MBC.
