土壤微生物群落对棉花黄萎病的影响 预览 被引量:24

摘要 对河南新乡市乔谢村发生棉花黄萎病有较大差异的相邻两块地中土壤的氮、磷、钾含量以及微生物群落结构和数量进行了分析.结果表明:轻病地中碱解氮和速效钾的含量明显高于重病地,而速效磷的含量低于重病地;轻病地中真菌的数量明显低于重病地,而放线菌的数量明显高于重病地. There were greatly different on the incidence of cotton Verticillium wilt in two plots of soil, where there were same variety cotton. In this paper,the content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the quantity of micro-organism were analyzed on light disease soil and serious disease soil in Xinxiang city, Henan. The results showed that the content of nitrogen and potassium in light disease soil was higher than serious disease soil, but the content of phosphorus was inverse; the quantity of fungi in light disease soil was less than serious disease soil, but the actinomy was higher. So there were ralationship between soil micro-organism and the incidence of cotton Verticillium wilt.
