In the last reign of Sui Dynasty, court administration upheaval took place, and East Turks restored and became prosperous. Emperor Yang Di lost control of the Inner Mongolia area since the ring of encirclement of Yanmen Pass. Shi Bi Khan poked his nose into the political situation of Central Plains by basing himself upon the Inner Mongolia area, rigging the North attached themselves to Shi Bi Khan, all the seporatist rule powers and armed forces in the Inner Mongolia area in particular. From this point of view, the changes in Inner Mongolia had a direct impact on the political situation in Central Plains at that time.
