By using the qualitative techniques of documentary and comparative analysis, this paper compared the physical education teaching between Chinese and American children.Research showed besides something in common great difference exist between Chinese and American children. The study explored the differrence in teaching goal, teaching organization, teaching material, the relationship of teacher-student and teaching evaluation. The study expected to provide a helpful reference to Chinese the physical education reform.
