人体血压的昼夜节律:杓型与非杓型血压的临床意义 预览 被引量:39

摘要 众所周知,生理状态下人体血压一直在不断的波动.多数情况下,这种波动不是随机无序的,而是呈现出一定的节律.因其节律周期大约为24小时,故称之为昼夜节律(diurnal rhythm)或近日节律(circadian rhythm).关于血压昼夜节律的机制与临床意义尚未完全清楚.近年来,国内外学者对此进行了一系列较为深入的研究,现就相关文献总结如下.
