凝胶注模成型莫来石质陶瓷材料 预览

Preparation of mullite ceramic by gelcasting method

摘要 探讨了几种影响凝胶注模成型莫来石质陶瓷的因素.首先,测定了pH值对莫来石浆料Zeta电位的影响,当pH为11时,Zeta电位达到最大值-29 mV,此时浆料最稳定.测试粘度为70 mPa·s.研究了催化剂、引发剂的加入量对浆料凝固时间的影响,结果表明,随着催化剂和引发剂加入量的增大,浆料的凝固时间缩短.利用DSC/TG分析了有机物的排出过程,结果表明,有机物的排出过程是分阶段的,当温度达到650 ℃时,有机物可以完全排出坯体. Some influencing factors on the gelcasting process were investigated experimentally.Initially,the influence of pH on zeta potentials was measured.Zeta potential reaches the maximum value of -29 mV when the pH value is 11.The effect of volume ratio of mullite on the viscosity of the suspensions was tested and the viscosity of mullite suspension is 70 mPa·s at the condition of 55 vol% mullite content.The influences of catalyst and trigger catalyst on the coagulating time of the suspensions were studied.The coagulating time reduces with increasing the catalyst and trigger catalyst.The thermo-decomposition process of the organic in the green body was analyzed by DSC/TG method.The results show that the thermo-decomposition process reveals several stages,and the organic can be eliminated absolutely from the green body when the calcining temperature is higher than 650 ℃.
