干旱胁迫对香料烟叶片生理特性的影响 预览 被引量:14

摘要 研究了干旱胁迫对两个香料烟品种(芳香型品种 Basma 和吃味型品种 Samsun)叶片生理特性的影响。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,两个品种的叶绿素含量、光合速率及硝酸还原酶活性明显降低,渗透调节物质脯氨酸和膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量显著增加。在同样的胁迫强度下,Samsun 的上述生理变化除脯氨酸含量外,均大于 Basma。表明吃味型品种 Samsun对干旱胁迫的反应较芳香型品种 Basma 敏感。 The effect of water stress on some physiological characteristics of oriental tobacco leaf was studied with two cultivars,Basma and Samsun.The results showed that the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and activity of nitrate reductase were decreased distinctly due to drought treatment.The marked increases in proline and malondialdehyde(MDA),a product of membrane—lipid peroxidation,were oerved under water stress.All changes except proline content of Samsun were greater than that of Basma at the same stress intensity.It indicated that Samsun was more susceptible to water stress than Basma.
