多元校正紫外光度法同时测定磺胺甲基异噁唑和甲氧苄啶 预览 被引量:3

摘要 磺胺类药物在紫外区均有吸收,但它们的吸收光谱重叠严重.在pH=9.91的B-R缓冲溶液中对磺胺甲基异噁唑和甲氧苄啶两组分混合溶液进行光度测定,所得的重叠光谱数据经计算机采集后分别用化学计量学中的偏最小二乘法(PLS)和主成分回归法(PCR)处理,并用于药品样品的测定,获得了较好的定量分析结果.磺胺甲基异噁唑和甲氧苄啶的线性1.0-20.0 mg/L和2.0-24.0 mg/L,,检出限分别为:0.26 mg/L和0.81 mg/L. Sulphonamides generally have overlapping spectra in UV range, and it is difficult to determine them individually. The chemometric multivariate calibration methods, such as partial least squares (PLS) and principal components regression (PCR) were applied to the simultaneous determination of sulphamethoxazole and trimethoprim in mixtures in a B-R buffer solution (pH 9.91) by resolving the overlapping spectra. The linear ranges were 1.0-20.0 and 2.0-24.0 mg/L for sulphamethoxazole and trimethoprim, respectively. The limits of detection were 0.26 and 0.81 mg/L for sulphamethoxazole and trimethoprim, respectively. These methods were successfully applied to the analysis of samples with satisfied results.
