摘要 在进行全国山洪灾害防治规划中,小流域是基本工作单元.讨论了在基于地表坡面径流模拟分析提取水系和流域单元的基础上,充分利用山洪灾害防治规划数据集的DEM、水系数据和气象、地貌、岩性等环境因子数据进行小流域提取的方法.首先进行基本地理单元分割,并将环境因子分类,在此基础上将以省为单位的规划区域划分成不同的地理区域,对不同区域使用不同的水道给养面积阈值,进行水系和小流域单元提取.并针对山洪灾害防治规划的小流域单元特点对提取的小流域单元进行分割和归并. Small catchment are basic management units in the flash flood disaster control planning(FFDCP) in China. This paper discusses a method for extracting small catchments units by using lots of available data sets in FFDCP, including DEM and data related to streams, climates, relief, lithology, etc., on the basis of stream system and catchment units extracted for surface runoff simulation and analysis. Division of fundamental geographic units and grouping of environmental factors are firstly conducted, then on this basis, stream systems and small catchment units are extracted by dividing a provincial planning unit into several different geographical subregions with different contributing area thresholds respectively. Derived small catchment units are further subdivided and merged to meet the requirements of FFDCP.
