目的:模拟高原训练是近年来体育界的研究热点之一,并证实可提高有氧运动能力,但低氧预适应对消化系统的影响还未见报道.探讨低氧预适应对应激性胃溃疡的保护作用.方法:实验于2003-02/2003-06在山东师范大学运动人体科学实验室完成,将老年SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组连续进行7 d的低氧预适应,4次/d,25～30 min/次,间隔5 min.7 d后,实验组、对照组大鼠同时进行力竭性游泳,观察胃粘膜损伤的程度.结果:对照组胃溃疡分数20.83±11.53,实验组胃溃疡分数3.00±4.93,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论:低氧预适应对运动应激性胃溃疡具有一定的保护作用.
AIM:Stimulation of highland training has become one of the hot spots in physic al education field in recent years,and it has been proved that it can improve th e ability of aerobic exercise,but the influence of hypoxic preconditioning on di gestive system has not been reported.This study investigated the protective effe ct of hypoxic preconditioning on the gastric ulcer induced by exercise. METHODS:The experiment was carried out in the Laboratory of Sports Human Scien ce,Shandong Normal University betweem February and June 2003.Aged SD rats were r andomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental rats were hypoxic preconditioned for 7 days with 4 times every day,and every time sus tained for 25 to 30 minutes with a 5 minute interval. After hypoxic preconditio ning for 7 days,the rats were conducted exhausted swimming training, and then th e injured degree of gastric stress was observed in both groups. RESULTS:The scores of gastric stress ulcer were significantly different betwee n the control group(20.83±11.53) and experimental group(3.00±4.93)(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Hypoxic preconditioning has certain protective effects on the gastr ic ulcer inducing by exercise stress.
