烤烟叶面腺毛密度及其分泌物变化动态的相关分析 预览 被引量:67

Analysis of the varying trends and correlation of the density of glandular trichome and leaf surface exudate of flue-cured tobacco

摘要 烤烟叶面腺毛密度在生长过程中呈下降态势,前期下降较快,中期下降较慢,后期成熟时又有明显下降.对腺毛密度进行研究最适宜的时期应为下部叶40-50 d,中部叶50-60 d和上部叶60-70 d叶龄.生长过程中单位面积叶面的分泌物量呈双峰曲线变化态势,叶龄小于30 d时增加,下部叶生长至30-40d,中、上部叶30-50d有所下降,之后又开始增加,进入成熟期后又出现下降.下、中、上3个部位叶面分泌物量在叶龄分别达到50、60和70 d时增加到最大值,此时品种间差异也最大,是测定叶面分泌物量的最适时期.腺毛密度和单位叶面积分泌物量在不同烟草基因型间存在着显著差异,呈极显著正相关.而腺毛密度与茎围、腰叶长、宽呈极显著负相关. The research results showed that the density of glandular trichome on the leaf surface went down gradually during the growth period of flue-cured tobacco leaf. The density of glandular trichome decreased quickly in early growth stages of the leaf and decreased slowly at the middle growth period and came down obviously when the leaf got mature. The appropriate time for studying the density of glandular trichome was when the lower cutter and upper leaf of tobacco plant grew to 40-50 50-60 and 60-70 days respectively. When the leaf was growing the weight of the leaf surface exudate per unit area showed a double-peak curve varying trend. Before the leaf grew to 30 days,it increased then it declined until the lower leaf of tobacco plant grew to 40 days and the cutter and upper leaf grew to 50 days. After that it began to increase and was the most when the lower cutter and upper leaf grew to 50 60 and 70 days respectively and then it began to come down again. As the weight of the leaf surface exudate per unit area reached the maximum its variation was the most significant among different tobacco genotypes so it was the appropriate time for studying it. Furthermore there existed significant variation for the density of glandular trichome and the weight of the leaf surface exudate per unit area among different tobacco genotypes. The density of glandular trichome was highly positively significantly correlated with the weight of the leaf surface exudate per unit area and highly significantly negatively correlation with the tobacco plant's stalk circumference the biggest leaf length and the biggest leaf width respectively.
