新型同步磁阻永磁电机的结构与电磁参数关系分析 预览 被引量:43

ANALYSIS OF THE RELATION BETWEEN THE ELECTRO-MAGNETIC PARAMETERS AND THE STRUCTURE OF SYNCHRONOUS RELUCTANCE PERMANENT MAGNETIC MOTORS

摘要 该文在简要介绍同步磁阻永磁电机的结构及工作原理的基础上,通过有限元技术分析了电机主要的结构参数,如永磁含有率、气隙、转子层数、饱和、永磁材料特性等对电机主要电磁参数电感和空载剩磁的影响,证明了气隙和永磁(绝缘)含有率是影响电机的最主要参数,气隙和永磁含有率对磁阻特性的影响要远远大于对转子永磁磁链的影响;永磁材料特性是转子剩磁的主要决定因素;饱和是SR-PM电机设计中必须考虑的内容.但转子叠片的层数对电机的平均性能基本没有影响,主要表现为齿槽效应.最后基于分析结果,设计和制造了一台高功率密度SR-PM样机. Based on the briefly introduction of the structure and principle of the Synchronous Reluctance Permanent Magnetic (SR-PM) Motors, the relationships of the major structure and electro-magnetic parameters have been investigated using finite-element techniques.The major structure parameters include the rotor insulation ratio, air gap length, number of layers NL, saturation, permanent magnetic material characteristics while the electro-magnetic parameters are Ld, Lq, , and ψPM. The results indicate that the insulation ratio and air gap length are the main parameters which has more impact on reluctance characteristics than ψPM. On the contrast permanent magnet material is determinative factor of ψPM. Furthermore saturation effects must be paid more attention to in SR-PM design and average performances are not affected by NL The main impression of NL is on slot effect. A SR-PM motor with high power density have been designed and produced in terms of this analysis.
