螺旋CT三维成像对髋臼骨折诊断和治疗的应用价值 预览 被引量:15

Clinical evaluation of 3D reconstruction with spiral CT in diagnosis and treatment of acetabular fracture

摘要 目的:探讨螺旋CT三维成像技术对髋臼骨折的临床应用价值.方法:对46例髋臼骨折患者的X线、CT三维成像资料的诊断及分型等进行回顾性对比分析.结果:X线平片确诊41例(89.13%),漏诊5例;46例CT三维成像均明确诊断(100%).对骨折分型,X线平片正确分型有 31例(67.39%),CT三维成像正确分型的有44例(95.65%),X线平片与CT三维成像分组之间差异有显著的意义(χ2=6.10,P<0.05).结论:螺旋CT三维成像有利于髋臼骨折的正确分型、估计骨折的稳定性与治疗效果评价. Objective:To investigate clinical value of 3 dimentional reconstruction with spiral CT (3-DRSCT) in fracture of acetabulum.Methods:46 data of acetabular fracture,including common X-ray data and 3-DRSCT data at the same time,were analyzed retrospectively and comparatively on their diagnosis and fracture typing.Results:41 cases were diagnosed definicely (89.13%) and 5 cases were missed diagnosis by common X-ray but all 46 cases were diagnosed definitely by 3-DRSCT (100%).As to fracture typing,31 cases were typed definitely by common X-ray (67.39%),while 44 cases were type definitely by 3-DSCT (95.65%) and the distinction between common X-ray group and CT group was significant (χ 2=6.10,P<0.05).Conclusion:3 dimentional reconstruction of spiral CT is much valuable in definitely diagnosing and exactly typing the acetabular fracture and evaluating its stablility and treatment effetiveness.
