棉苗抗冷性与POD活性变化关系的研究 预览 被引量:23

摘要 本实验以分离特早熟、中熟和晚熟三类不同抗冷级别的9个棉花品种为材料,将其幼苗经4℃低温处理15小时,测定POD活性,并与未经冷冻处理的相应测定值进行分析比较。结果表明:(1)未经冷冻处理的棉苗(即对照)中的POD活性的大小与品种的抗冷性强弱成明显的正相关;(2)经低温处理后的所有供试品种的POD活性都有不同程度的提高,提高幅度与品种的抗冷性成明显的负相关。因此,我们建议可将棉苗中的POD活性大小为 Nine varieties cotton belonging to three different chilling-resistant levels,i.e. very early,intermediate and late maturity were analysed for the PODreactivity(perox-idase )in cotton seedlings which have been treated at low temperature(4℃)for 15 hours,Results indicated that the chilling-resistance of cotton seedlings is obviously bound up with the reactivity of POD in cotton seedlings which have not been treated at low tempera-ture(i.e.controls),and that the reactivity of POD in 9 varieties of treated samples are all more than those in homologous untreated ones.e. controls) in varying degrees and the increased rate of the reactivity of POD is reversely relative to the chilling-resistance of cotton seedlings. For this reason,we suggest that the reactivity of POD in cotton seedlings should be one of the biochemical indexes to differentiate chilling-resistant lev-els of cotton seedlings, and that it is possible to raise the chilling-resistant ability of va-rieties that their chilling-resistance is poorer at low temperature treatment。
