摘要 对近年来超声波在纳米金属粉末制备中的应用与研究进展作了比较全面和详细的综述.其中着重介绍了与超声波有关的纳米金属粉末制备方法,包括了超声波雾化法、超声波化学沉淀法、超声波电化学法、超声波还原法、超声波溶胶凝胶法、超声波微乳液法、超声波模板法,并就这些方法中超声波作用的机理、特点和影响因素以及上述方法的技术问题和发展趋势进行了讨论. With the increasingly development and matureness of the ultrasonie technique, there are many tremendous poter and value when the technique can be used into the prepartion of nanosized metal powder. In this paper, the present stams and recent advances of research and the applications of ultrasonic in preparing nanosized metal powder are introduced detailedly. Some preparation methods of nanosized metal powder involving ultrasonic including ultrasonic atomization method, precipitation under ultrasonic method, sonoeleetroehemieal method, ultrasonic chemical reduction method, ultrasonic Sol-Gel method, ultrasonic mieroemulsion method, ultrasonic template method are outlined. At the same time, the principles, characteristics and influencing factors of ultrasonic are reviewed. The existing technical problems, as well as the development trend of the above methods are discussed.
