摘要 目的:探讨螺旋CT在股骨颈骨折的临床应用。方法:回顾分析58例股骨颈骨折行螺旋CT扫描的影像学资料,并加以总结。结果:58例股骨颈骨折,股骨颈螺旋CT与手术所见完全一致,符合率为100%。结论:螺旋CT,特别是三维重建技术在显示股骨颈骨折的空间关系上具有优势,有利于临床诊断及制定治疗方案,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To assess the clinical application of spiral CT for femoral neck fracture. Methods:Spiral CT in patients with femoral neck fracture in 58 patients were analyzed summarized. Results:Femoral neck fracture spiral CT images went all way with the results of surgery in 58 patients was 100%.
