摘要 以新鲜番茄为原料,打浆后采用冷冻干燥的方法干燥,获得番茄粉.用超临界二氧化碳提取番茄粉中的番茄红素,并研究了用超临界二氧化碳提取番茄红素的最佳工艺参数.实验表明:在30 MPa,60℃,2 h条件下,以无水乙醇作夹带剂,100g干物料中可以获取47.986 g纯度为0.803%的番茄红素的提取物,番茄红素的量可以达到38.551mg左右. Tomato powder was obtained after raw tomato was broken up and freeze-dried. With supercritical carbon dioxide the lycopene extracted from tomato powder, extracting processing parameter was investigated. Experiments showed that 47.986 glycopene which purity could reach 0.803% care be obtained under the conditions that pressure is 30 MPa, temperature 60 ℃, time 2 h, the schlepping matter is absolute ethyl alcohol. The quantity of lycopene can achieve approximately 38. 551 mg.
