In the era of knowledge-based economy, the knowledge is becoming an important productive force, and the knowledge worker has been proved the key factor in the process of forming and developing of core competitiveness of an enterprise. The knowledge worker administration has been the focal point of personnel administration in an erterprise. Based on the analysis of characteristics and encouragement factors of the knowledge worker, this paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions on how to encourage the knowledge worker effectively.
