螺旋埋弧焊管焊缝形状计算机控制系统的研究 预览

摘要 介绍了螺旋埋弧焊过程中焊缝几何形状计算机控制系统的硬件设计和软件实现方法,并对预测焊接工艺参数的专家系统进行了测试.基于VB语言设计的系统主程序能实现焊缝形状采集、图像处理、焊缝形状曲线绘制等功能. This article has described the hardware design of the computer control system for the welds geometry during the process of SSAW as well as its software development. Meanwhile the artificial neural network for the predicted welding parameters has been tested. Based on the system main program designed with VB language, the functions such as the welds geometry acquisition, the process of the image and the curve plotting of the welds profile can real- ized.
