Effects of Soil Moisture Contents on the Developmant and Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Aromatic Tobacco

摘要 1994~1995年采用盆栽方法,研究了土壤水分对香料烟发育及某些生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,随土壤水分含量下降,香料烟生长受阻,烟株变矮,叶数减少,叶片变小;中部叶叶绿素减少,光合速率下降,上部叶则呈相反趋势;叶片扩散阻力增加,蒸腾速率下降;过氧化氢酶活性减弱,膜质过氧化水平提高;调制后烟叶的总糖含量下降,含氮化合物增加。土壤绝对含水量为5%~7%时,蛋白质和烟碱含量过高,对品质不利,土壤含水量8%~12%时,烟叶中化学成份比例较为适宜。 The effects of soil moisture contents on the development physiological and bio-chemical characteristics of aromatic tobacco were studied with potting experiment. The re-sults showed that, with soil moisture contents declining,plant heights reduced and thesize and number of leaves became;maller.For the middle leaves the chlorophyll contentsand the photosynthesis rates declined with soil water reducing,while there were oppositechanges in the upper leaves.With soil moisture contents declining,the activities of CATdecreased.The contents of total sugar decreased and nitrogenous substance increased.Thecontent ratio between total sugar and protein became harmonious at the moisture treat-ment of 8%~12%.
