大豆发育早期对铅胁迫的响应 预览 被引量:3

Effects of Lead Stress on the Generation and the Membrane Lipid Peroxide of the Soybean Seedling

摘要 用溶液培养的方法,研究了不同浓度的铅对大豆种子的萌发及大豆下胚轴超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。实验表明:低浓度Pb^2+(20mg/L)处理,对大豆种子萌发的发芽指数和活力指数影响较小,随着处理浓度的增加,发芽指数和活力指数则呈下降趋势;低浓度Pb^2+(20mg/L)处理下,大豆下胚轴SOD、POD的活性有所增强,随着处理浓度的加大,其活性下降,而MDA的含量先略有下降而后上升。 Hydroponic cultures were conducted to investigate the lead toxicity on the generation and the change of the soybean seeding' s sprout, malon dialdehyde (MDA) content and the activation of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD). The experiment shows: under low lead density ,the sprout index and vigor index are little affected. With the increase of the density,They drop gradually. This proves that the growth of soybean is inhibited in high density lead. Under low lead density, the activaty of SOD, POD is strengthened, with the treatment density increasing, their activity decrease, but MDA contents begin to rise instead of declining shortly.
