摘要
设计和冶炼了一种低碳低合金轧后直接淬火装甲钢,采用控轧和轧后直接淬火工艺生产钢板。对微观组织和抗弹性能进行了分析,并与GY4和GY5装甲钢进行对比。结果表明,轧后直接淬火钢的变形奥氏体扁平形态保留至淬火组织中,转变后的板条马氏体细小;DQ钢的背面强度极限与中碳GY4和GY5钢相当。用DQ钢取代中碳装甲钢,将大幅度提高焊接性能节约合金元素。
A low-carbon direct-quenched(DO)steel was melted and processed to 15mm plate by direct quenching process adopted immediately after non-recrystalization controlled rooling,microstructure,hardness and ballistic propenties of the DQ steel were analysed in comparison to those of conventional grades of GY4 and GY5 armour steels,It is shown by the results that pancake grain morphology of deformed austenite remains after DQ process and brings about fine martensite packet,which presents a good combination of strength and toughness.Ballistic limit of DQ steel impacted by 12.7mm piercing projectile at 0℃ oblique is equivalent to those of GY4 and GY5.Provided GY4 or GY5 steel being replaced with DQ Steel, weldability of the armour plate will be improved and the cost will be lowered.
