烤烟生产过程中不同因素对淀粉代谢的影响 预览 被引量:5

Effect of different factors on starch metabolism in leaves during production process of flue-cured tobacco

摘要 烟草是以积累淀粉为主的粉叶类植物,烟叶中所含的淀粉量与烟草制品品质密切相关。研究表明,烤烟大田生产中的施肥水平(尤其是氮素水平)、打顶与采收时间以及烘烤调制过程的烟叶成熟度、烘烤设备及其配套工艺、环境温湿度变化、人工外加酶等因素对烤烟淀粉积累和降解有较大影响。通过研究和解决烤烟淀粉代谢过程中出现的一些问题,可为现阶段烤烟的生产调制提供有益借鉴。 Tobacco is a starch-leaf type plant, and the starch content in tobacco leaf is closely related to the quality of tobacco products. The results showed that the fertilizer level especially nitrogen level in field production of flue-cured tobacco, topping off, harvesting time and some factors in flue-cured modulated process of tobacco leaf including leaf maturity, flue-cured equipments and matched technologic, temperature and humidity change of environment and artificially adding enzymes ere could affect the accumulation and degradation of starch in tobacco leaf. Studying and resolving the problems in the starch metabolism process in the leaves of flue-cured tobacco could provide good references of producing and modulating flue-cured tobacco leaf.
