摘要 介绍了等位酶技术、蛋白质测序、DNA测序、RFLP、SSR、ISSR、RAPD、AFLP、SNP等遗传多样性分析方法的基本原理与特点,综述了遗传多样性分析方法在我国常绿阔叶林优势种遗传多样性研究(种亲缘关系和分类;指纹图谱的建立及林木育种、遗传改良;生境影响及群落的更替演变规律;探讨濒危物种的保护机制)中的应用及前景。 The principle and characteristics of allozyme technology, protein sequencing, DNA sequencing, RFLP, SSR, ISSR, RAPD, AFLP and SNP were introduced. On the other hand, the application and the prospect of the genetic diversity analytical method in the genetic diversity studys, species relative and classfication; the fingerprint mapping and forest tree breeding, genetic improvement; the effect of the environment and the succession rules of the communities; protecting mechanism of the endangered species, on the dominant species of evergreen broad-leaved forest in China were reviewed.
