饲粮脂肪酸对脂肪代谢酶有关基因表达的影响 预览 被引量:9

EFFECT OF DIETARY FATTY ACIDS ON THE GENE EXPERSSION OF RELATIVE ENZYMES INVOLVED IN FATTY METABOLISM

摘要 脂肪酸是一类重要的营养物质,是体内重要的能量来源,在细胞生化过程中起着重要作用。研究发现,饲粮脂肪酸可在一定程度上影响动物脂肪代谢有关酶基因的表达,进而影响机体的整个脂肪代谢过程。本文阐述了脂肪酸作为转录因子的配体对脂肪代谢有关酶基因表达的调节作用及主要作用机制。 Fatty acids (FAs) are a kind of important nutrients,which has been recognized as important energy source.FAs also play key roles in many biochemical processes.Researches indicated that dietary FAs would affect the gene expression of the relevant enzymes involved in fatty metabolism,further,affect the body's fatty metabolism.This article focus on the regulate function and the underlying mechanisms of FAs as ligands for transcription factors that control the gene expression of the relevant enzymes involved in fatty metabolism.
