内循环式A/O/IAT—IAT同步生物脱氮除磷工艺特性研究 预览 被引量:2

Inside- Circle A/O/IAT- IAT Simultaneous Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal Novel Process

摘要 报道了自主开发的内循环式A/O/IAT-IAT同步脱氮除磷工艺的运行特性.试验以模拟废水为处理对象,对该工艺在三种不同工况下的运行效果进行比较.试验结果显示,在进水COD、BOD5、NH4^+-N、PO4^3--P浓度分别为629.7~821.6mg/L、360~580ms/L、36.9~59.8mg/L、6.0~7.6mg/L,总水力停留时间为20hr,污泥龄为3.5d,污泥回流比为200%的条件下,COD、BOD5、NH4^+-N和PO4^3--P去除率分别为97%~99%、99%、89%~99%和89%~98%,出水水质达到了国家城镇污水处理厂污染物排放一级A标准(GB18918—2002).在各项运行控制条件中,HRT和SRT是影响该工艺运行效果的主要因素. An Inside -circle A/O/IAT- [AT simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal process developed in this study could achieve removal of both organic, nitrogen and phosphorus. The reactor proceeded in three different modes used simulated wastewater. The result revealed the process acquired preferable treatment effects when influent concentration of COD, BOD5, NH4^+ -N and PO4^3- -P were respectively 629.7 ~ 821.6 mg/L,360 ~580 mg/L ,36.9 ~ 59.8 mg/L,6.0 ~ 7.6 mg/L, HRT was 20hr, SRT was 3.5d, sludge cycle rate was 200%. The removal rate of COD, BOD5, NH4^+ -N and PO4^3- -P were 97% ~99% ,99% ,89% ~ 99% ,89% ~ 98%, respectively, and effluent water quality could achieve the A in first grade discharge standard of GB18918-2002. The result also showed that HRT and SRT were the main influence factors on Inside -circle A/O/IAT- IAT process.
