Germicidal Efficacy of Chlorine Dioxide on Rhizopus stolonifer Spotted onto Kyoho Grape Surfaces

摘要 用ClO2溶液浸泡处理已接种匍枝根霉孢子的巨峰葡萄,研究了ClO2浓度,处理时间和pH值三个因素对杀菌效果的影响。结果表明:(1)ClO2浓度是影响杀菌效果的重要因素,随着浓度的增加杀菌效果有大幅度的提高;(2)处理时间延长可提高杀菌效果,但其上升趋势随时间延长将变得平缓;(3)较低的pH值有利于ClO2杀菌作用的发挥。 Dip the grapes which had been spotted Rhizopus stolonifer into the chlorine dioxide solution and observed the influence of the concentration of chlorine dioxide, treatment time and pH on it. We found that the concentration of chlorine dioxide was one important factor and the germicidal efficacy could improve greatly when the concentration increased. The germicidal efficacy could improve when the treatment time was prolonged, but it didn't improve greatly. The chlorine dioxide had better germicidal efficacy when the pH was low.
