Dip the grapes which had been spotted Rhizopus stolonifer into the chlorine dioxide solution and observed the influence of the concentration of chlorine dioxide, treatment time and pH on it. We found that the concentration of chlorine dioxide was one important factor and the germicidal efficacy could improve greatly when the concentration increased. The germicidal efficacy could improve when the treatment time was prolonged, but it didn＇t improve greatly. The chlorine dioxide had better germicidal efficacy when the pH was low.
