烤烟鲜叶组织结构、近红外反射率及其影响因素的研究 预览 被引量:4

Tissue Structure and Near-infrared Reflectivity and Their Affecting Factors of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

摘要 对烤烟品种‘中烟101’进行了叶片近红外反射率测定、组织结构解剖观察以及两者关系分析,并研究了成熟度、叶位、施氮量因素对它们的影响。结果表明:随施氮量增加、叶位上升、成熟度降低,叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、组织比、比叶重均呈上升趋势,鲜烟叶近红外(800nm)反射增加;叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、组织比与近红外反射率之间均呈显著正相关关系;叶片厚度能较好地预测近红外反射率,预测方程决定系数为0.871^**(P〈0.001)。 The study measured the leaf reflectivity of the flue-cured tobacco variety ‘Zhongyan101’ and anatomically observed the leaf tissue structure of the varieties to analyze the relation between the two and investigate the effects of leaf maturity,leaf position and nitrogen rate on them. It was shown that as the nitrogen rate increased,the leaf position moved up and the leaf maturity decreased,the thickness,palisade tissue thickness and spongy tissue thickness,palisade tissue thickness/spongy tissue thickness ratio and specific weight of the leaves all tended to increase and the near-infrared reflectivity of the fresh leaves increased;there appeared a significant positive correlation between the thickness, palisade tissue thickness, spongy tissue thickness and palisade tissue thickness/spongy tissue thickness ratio, and the near-infrared reflectivity of the leaves. The leaf thickness could be used to better estimate the leaf near-infrared reflectivity and the determination coefficient of the estimation equation was 0.871^** (P〈0. 001).
