摘要 肿瘤的形成受遗传学和表遗传学修饰的影响.近年来,越来越多的证据表明,表遗传学修饰在肿瘤进展中同样有重要作用,表遗传调控可以影响基因转录活性而不涉及DNA序列的改变.胃肠道肿瘤是我国最常见的肿瘤,表遗传研究对了解胃肠道肿瘤的的发病机制、细胞免疫与防御、细胞分化以及预防治疗等方面具有十分重要的意义. Carcinogenesis springs from the combined forces of both genetic and epigenetic events. The role of epigenetic modification in the progression of carcinoma has been suggested by a lot of evidences in recent years. An epigenetic event alters the activity of genes without changing their structure. Gastrointestinal tumor is the most common cancer in China, and the investigation of epigenetic modification is significant in cell immunity, phylaxis, cell differentiation and preventive therapy.
