The energy transfer is much difference in underlying surface of different entironment. It is important part of research on atmosphere-land reciprocity. In this paper, in order to inquire about the turbulent motion rule of near ground and analyze quantitatively underlying surface matter and energy transfer of drip irrigation under plastic film on cotton farming in desert and oasis, energy transport pattern, Bowen ratio and its the daily variation for drip irrigation under plastic film on cotton farming were studied in the mobile desert region of Guerbantunggut Desert and Shihezi oasis 100 km far from its south, using the data of conventional meteorological gradient method, applying the methods of aerodynamic and energy balance, based on the theory of Monin-Obukhov similarity. As a result： the majority of net radiations was dissipate by sensible heat flux under the desert ecological condition, another part was used by underground transmission, little part was used in the latent heat transportation ; so the temperature of desert is higher than that of the places all around it. The basic pattern of oasis energy transport under the drip irrigation cotton field ecological condition is that latent heat of the farmland evapotranspiration is a major part, little part is consumption in the sensible heat flux and the soil heat flux, simultaneously exsisting certain balance difference of surface energy. As different microclimate, Bowen ratio between desert and oasis in the same climate is different. Climate of desert is drier than that of oasis, so Bowen ratio of desert is higher than that of oasis. In a word, these conclusions would supply scientific gists for collocating nature resource reasonably, analyzing and evaluating product potential of oasis.
