透平叶栅非轴对称端壁的气动最优化设计 预览 被引量:22

AERODYNAMIC OPTIMAL DESIGN OF NON-AXISYMMETRIC ENDWALL FOR A TURBINE CASCADE

摘要 本文应用非均匀有理B样条曲面技术实现了透平叶栅非轴对称端壁的参数化几何造型,并且以iSIGHT^TM商业软件为优化设计平台,结合NUMECA软件进行数值模拟,构建了非轴对称端壁的气动优化设计系统。应用该系统对某级透平静叶轮毂端壁进行了非轴对称端壁造型的气动最优化设计。结果表明,非轴对称端壁造型将改变端壁附近的压力分布,使透平叶栅气动性能得到改善。 Based on non-uniform rational B-spline surface technique, the parameterized geometry profiling of non-axisymmetric endwall for turbine cascades was achieved in this paper. An aerodynamic optimization system for non-axisymmetric endwall profiling was also constructed by using iSIGHT^TM commercial software as optimization platform and NUMECA software for numerical simulation. This optimization system was applied to the stator hub design of a turbine stage. The results show that pressure field near non-axisymmetric endwall can be changed and the aerodynamic performance of the turbine cascade can be improved.
