银黄片中金银花提取液的精制工艺研究 预览

摘要 目的 优选银黄片中金银花水提液的最佳醇沉工艺。方法 采用正交实验法,以绿原酸转移率和醇沉液中绿原酸的纯度为考察指标。对影响金银花醇沉工艺的因素进行了研究。结果 实验设计3因素中,醇沉时乙醇浓度与两次醇沉时药液的相对密度对实验有显著影响。结论 金银花水提液的最佳醇沉工艺为:药液第1次浓缩至密度1.2,醇沉浓度65%;第2次浓缩至密度1.1,醇沉浓度75%。 Objective To optimize the conditions for the alcohol precipitation of the water extract of Flos Lonicerae in Yinhuang Tablets. Methods Conditions for the alcohol precipitation were studied by orthogonal experimental design , with the content of chlorogenic acid in the extract and the transfer rates as the indexes. Results Significant effect was observed in 3 different experimental conditions. The result showed that alcohol -pereipitation concentration and the relative density had obvious effect on the content of chlorogenic acid. Conclusion The best process of alcohol precipitation is as follows : the relative density is 1.2 for the first time,65% alcohol -percipitation concentration; the relative density is 1.1 for the second time,75% alcohol -percipitation concentration.
